Terms of Service

1) Acceptance of Terms

By viewing, joining, or interacting with H2 Softbotics® on Telegram (the “Channel”), including any linked discussion group or bot, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and to Telegram’s own Terms and Policies. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Channel.

These Terms are an agreement between you and H2 Softbotics (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

2) Eligibility

You must be at least old enough to legally be able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for compliance with local laws when accessing the Channel.

3) Channel Access & Accounts

Access requires a Telegram account. Telegram is a third‑party service; we don’t control its availability, features, or policies. You are responsible for your Telegram account security and for any activity under it.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Channel at any time, with or without notice.

4) Community Guidelines

To keep things useful and safe, you agree not to post, share, or encourage:

• Illegal content or activity; threats, harassment, doxxing, or incitement of violence.
• Hate speech, discrimination, or graphic sexual content; CSAM is strictly prohibited.
• Spam, scams, impersonation, phishing, or malware.
• Misinformation presented as fact where harm is foreseeable (health, safety, elections).
• Unauthorized advertising, scraping, or automated harvesting of member data or content.

We may remove content or restrict access at our discretion, including in any linked discussion group.

5) Your Content & License

If you post or submit content in the Channel or a linked discussion group (“User Content”), you:

• Own your content, but grant us a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to host, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and share it within Telegram and our official platforms to operate, promote, and archive the Channel.
• Warrant that your content does not infringe others’ rights or violate law.
• Understand that Telegram forwards and screenshots may bypass any forward‑restriction settings; we cannot guarantee confidentiality once content is shared by others.

We may remove or decline to distribute User Content at our discretion.

6) Our Content & IP

Unless stated otherwise, Channel content we publish (posts, images, videos, files, and branding) is owned by us or licensed to us and protected by IP laws. You may view but not share our public posts inside Telegram using Telegram’s native share/forward features. Any other use (reposting outside Telegram, commercial use, training AI models, scraping, or bulk downloading) requires prior written permission.

7) Subscriptions & Payments (keep if applicable)

If the Channel offers paid subscriptions, premium posts, or other paid features:

• Billing & Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the stated interval until canceled. Prices may change without notice for the next term.
• Trials & Promotions. Trial periods, coupons, and giveaways have the rules stated at the time of offer.
• Refunds. Unless required by law or explicitly stated, payments are non‑refundable.
• EU/UK consumers. If we deliver digital content immediately upon purchase, you consent to immediate delivery and waive the statutory cancellation right for that delivery. If you do not consent to immediate delivery, do not access paid content during the 14‑day period.
• Chargebacks. Filing a chargeback may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.
• Taxes. Prices may exclude applicable taxes; you are responsible for any required taxes or duties.
• Payment Processors. Payments may be handled by Telegram or third‑party processors; their terms apply.

8) Giveaways, Contests, & Promotions (optional)

Official rules posted with each promotion govern eligibility, timing, selection, and prizes. Promotions are void where prohibited. We may disqualify entries for rule violations or suspected fraud.

9) Third‑Party Services & Links

The Channel may reference bots, external links, or third‑party services. We don’t control and aren’t responsible for third‑party sites or services, their content, or their policies. Use them at your own risk.

10) No Professional Advice

Channel content is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not financial, legal, medical, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for how you use the information.

Past performance is not indicative of future results. Do not invest money you cannot afford to lose.

11) Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Channel is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind (including uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose). We do not warrant that the Channel will be uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free.

12) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Channel, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to us for access to the Channel in the three (3) months preceding the claim or (b) USD 50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, the above limits apply to the fullest extent permitted.

13) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Channel or violation of these Terms.

14) Termination

You may stop using the Channel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access (including paid access) if you violate these Terms, if required by law or platform rules, or if we discontinue the Channel. Upon termination, the licenses you granted for already‑shared content may continue as necessary for archiving and legitimate business purposes.

15) Privacy

We handle personal data according to our privacy policy. Telegram also processes your data under its own policies. Do not share sensitive personal information in public comments or posts.

16) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the Channel (e.g., via a post). Changes take effect upon posting unless stated otherwise. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
